Siam Garden

I went to Siam Garden with my dad the other day for lunch. At first, we were on our way to Nico's, a nice place that serves fresh fish lunch plates on the docks around Nimitz. Just a few days earlier, we were talking about Vietnamese food, and decided to stop here instead.

Fixing my hair in this forever 21 multicolored striped dress, forever 21 charm necklace, purple wedges, blue Lacoste cardigan.
Beef salad. More beef than salad.
Bummed I forgot to take a picture of the Chicken Pad Thai and rice.

Roy's Holiday Dinner

To celebrate the holidays, me and my closest friends shared an evening of secret santa and delicious meals. We first ate at Roys restaurant in Hawaii Kai, the original. I had a very good marinated steak dish that I can't remember the name of. All I know is that it melted in my mouth, and it was all gone before I knew it! And for everyone who knows Roys, we all know that their chocolate souflée should be one of our regret-less seven sins.

Da Spot

I went to Da Spot before it reopened on university! They have great smoothies amongst other flavorful middle eastern (maybe?) foods.

Mollard

Lunch at Mollard, a fancy shmancy restaurant. I was glad that I came dressed in a dress. I came very hungry and left very happy. The waiters loved our table and couldn't get enough of the fact that there was a young girl from Hawaii (everyone else in the restaurant looked like it would be there bed time soon...) They entertained us twice by presenting us the living lobster that we were to eat. Those cute little claws didn't know what was coming for them!

The restaurant was dimly lit so the pictures came out poorly - I apologize! I ate onion soup which tastes 100 X better than it looks.

Casually drinking wine. A day without alcohol in Europe has yet to come.

This three fruit flavored sherbet was also very good as it should be - it cost more than the soup!

Cluny Museum and Such

After the Luxembourg garden, my family and I went to the Cluny Museum to see mainly, the six La Dame à la Licorne tapestries. We happen to own a few of these tapestries; One is at my Grandmothers house, hanging form the wall and the others are sophisticated pillow cases. We lunched at Mirama, a famous and popular Chinese restaurant. All dishes were tres delicieux! Content, we headed back to the hotel a pied, only to shop at San Marina, a shoe store along the way.

In front of the Musée de Cluny, pretty fuschia doors.

Interesting seafood marché. Crabs and friends are "chilling" in front of the glassy waterfall display.

Life's Better When You're Japanese

Dinner at 一茶一坐 with Tanya and Amanda! Reunited in Tokyo once again, we enjoyed eating a delicious Chinese meal, taking purikura and singing at a karaoke booth in Shibuya.

I am wearing this top that I just bought at Forever 21. Its' loosey goosey casual fit is very comfy, and not completely unflattering if I may say so myself. Usually you can't find a combination of the two. Lately I have been OBSESSED with this black and white tribal print. I can't seem to get enough of it! You will probably see more of this top later...
