I went to zpizza at Ward on the 23rd of december with my friend Paulina. I have been meaning to come here to try their pizza and we enjoyed our warm pizza that counteracted the crispy christmas air.

My friend Dayna and I thought it would be nice to give our swim coaches a small christmas treat, hence sugar cookies! They cooked a lot faster than expected and some burned a little....but the survivors were very delicious and we had a great time baking.

If you can believe it's winter...

The bad thing about Hawaii is that it doesn't really have seasons, therefore I wear the same stuff all year around and nothing is particularly special. The good thing about Hawaii is that I don't have the hassle of putting on coats and boots. Vacation anybody? I've had enough of the beach I want to go skiing!

I love this purse! I just got it over the summer from Sa-Che. I got it because I thought it was cute and for a while I realized I couldn't pair it with anything because I always have busy outfits. But I think it really works in this simple outfit, it brings some pizzaz! It looks small but it fits my book and other belongings and you can carry it by the handle or strap - very convenient. 

Jazz band concert!

bubbies ice cream

Went to bubbies ice cream at University earlier this week! Boy do they know great ice cream. My personal favorite that I get 98% of the time here is the mochi ice cream. The mocha never lets down, and the new peppermint flavor is a close second. 

Honolulu Marathon

Volunteered at the Honolulu Marathon yet again this year. I helped the Japanese radio station KZOO in the media tent.

I went horseback riding for the first time since I went to summer camp in California six years ago...I forgot how scary these horses were, but look! They're so cute!

My friend Rachel is riding with me and she is much more experienced me; she even has her own boots. This was down in Laie at the North Shore. We went to Haleiwa afterwards for some shopping and lunch. Kua'aina burgers...yum!
