farmers market

Food shopping at the farmer's market with my brand new eco-bag! It was given to me as a gift for helping out an organization for the school garden. It fits the world, so convenient!

Karuizawa

Sukiyaki...again. Can't get enough of this good food!

They have a barbie store!

Ala Moana no longer has a dippin dots :( I ordered a delicious mocha vanilla ice cream here!

Random Photos From Italie

Some random pictures I took in italy. I didn't take too many there, I'm not sure why. Beautiful place, beautiful people, beautiful language and delicious food. On the other hand it was humid, the service was slow and there was a lot of foot traffic. Regardless, this was somewhere I am glad to have visited.

Street of vendors selling items from touristy t-shirts to leather anything!
It's a Vuitton AND it walks. Now that's a bargain.  Reminds me of Alice In Wonderland...

1, 2, 3, 4

A swirl of belts. I just couldn't stop at 1! But no regrets, each one is different and I like them all. Clearly I don't know that there is such a thing as sacrificing. I'm trying to get rid of my old motto "Why hurt your skull choosing when it's so easy to have them all?" I won't be back from shopping rehab in a little while...

Everything from H&M except the belts were from a street vendor.

Starts With A "C" and It's In All Caps

My favorite purchase of the summer: Chanel earrings!  This was my first time going into the store and purchasing something from Chanel. I've been wearing them everyday since, thanks grandma!

Shopping at the Salvatore Ferragamo Souvenir Shop

Today we went to the Salvatore Ferragamo museum that was conviniently located right next to my hotel. I must say, it was the best museum I visited this year, hands down. They had endless glass showcases of his different shoe designs. Thy didn't allow photography which was a big let down though. In the back was a mini movie theater that showed endless reels of black and white clips from the thirties and forties. My favorite shoe was the one designed for Marylin Monroe. It was black and had peekaboo hot pink from the inside. All over the shoe, there were little oval cutout making your foot a little visible. With an enormous ipad that was the size of my arm span that they had, I learned about his inventions, designs, materials, and hollywood customers. I love that he beleived in shoes that were cute AND comfy. Not all fashionistas have to walk in pain!
My purchase! Lots of original shoes that can be found in the store!

Overall, there was a lot of money put into building and it was very nice. I think they do this exhibition every year in the summer, so if u have a chance I really recommend it!

Day 3: Sleep, Shop, Snack

The shatter looks a little greener (like coral) in person
I felt like I could sleep all day. Ever since I got to Tokyo I have been going out nonstop; It caught up to me. Last night I slept for seven hours and woke up at five because of jet lag. I want back to sleep from 10-12, a complete waste of city daylight. I ended up leaving the house around 3:30 to do some shopping at Lumine, my favorite department in Tokyo. I found a lot of cute things, but left empty handed and sad. I did, however, find perfect items to feature on my blog. I'm quite impressed with myself (if I might add).

OPI fever! I did them myself!
Ski Teal We Drop underneath Turquoise Shatter. Reminds me of the waters of Tahiti
$250 shoes...I really really want. Don't you love the heel?
I think I have to go back for these.

I always treat myself to a Kitson bag: I started this tradition a few years back. However, this year there was absolutely nothing I wanted. Doctor, what's wrong with me?

Nothing cures a shopping depression like snacking at a Japanese convenience store, they have absolutely everything you could imagine in such little space!

So cute but they didn't look good on my fingers :() Megane means glasses.
Here in Japan too. Can't wait for the Paris store!

I was looking at the belt ring

Shibuya Shopping!

Theres nothing like shopping in Tokyo with MATCHING JAPAN WOMANS SOCCER JERSEYS! I was lured into buying it by Tanya. Come to think of it, I don't even watch soccer...but I support them all the way so I can still wear the shirt right? The shirt isn't a terrible fit, and it's starting to grow on me.

I was pooped, dont look at my face!

Go Japan! 100% support

We enjoyed hitting up 109, a famous shopping department, snacking at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and wandering the streets aimlessly. There's nothing like chatting with Tanya and agreeing to disagree.
Cool shopping store, their stairs are neon and very modern chic looking!

Ps. My camera has been acting poorly by taking blurry pictures. I will get another one hopefully soon, so please bear with me!
